Beautiful and rare pair of 1970s McGuire San Francisco armchairs, with footrest

The structure is in ebony-stained ash wood, the joints in leather, seats, backrests and supports in fabric

The characteristic of this armchair is the elegance of the line combined with comfort and functionality: the backrest can in fact be tilted as desired by acting on the two wing nuts

The wooden structure is still in excellent condition, the leather well stretched. The fabrics are intact, but even if washed repeatedly they have halos that no longer go away (possibly they can be dyed)

A traction spring has been replaced. Tha armchairs have been cleaned and polished for conservative purposes
