Delivery booking

If you live in the city of Milan and in the surroundings and choose to have your item delivered by us, we will ask you to choose the day and time slot in which we will arrive. On that date we ask you to be present, you or one of your representatives, or to specify whether we have to leave your item at the reception. Otherwise we will have to bring it back and you will have to collect it. For deliveries not made directly by Catanai, we will entrust your purchase to the courier within 4 working days and you can follow the progress of the shipment directly on the website of the appointed courier.

Assembly Service

Catanai does not directly carry out furniture assembly services or even floor transport. All deliveries are understood to be curbside and, unless otherwise agreed, furniture and items are delivered in such a way as to limit their encumbrance as much as possible. If you need these kind of services, we can advise you who performs them and who, based on our experience and that of your customers, has proven to be reliable.
